Vendor Agreement

Before applying for a spot at the event, please note the following vending requirements: 1. Vendor fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. 2. We encourage all vendors to promote the event to the best of their ability. 3. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including tables, chairs, a 10x10 tent, and tent weights. Please Note

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with an invoice to complete the process. Your spot won’t be secured until the invoice is paid. Please note, you’ll have 7 days from the time you receive the invoice to make your payment. If payment isn’t received within that time, your request will not be accepted and you’ll need to submit a new form.
